Kerri Frye

Kerri has enjoyed more than a decade of being one of Bloomington’s top real estate agents. She loves the opportunity to meet and work with a variety of different people.

As a Bloomington native and Indiana University graduate, Kerri appreciates all that Bloomington has to offer such as IU sporting events and concerts not to mention the close proximity to beautiful Brown County. Kerri adores where she lives and is passionate about helping her clients find the perfect spot in Bloomington or surrounding counties. Kerri is proud to be an expert in Bloomington communities and neighborhoods.

Prior to her career in real estate, Kerri was a former elementary school teacher where she learned valuable lessons that have positively impacted her career as a REALTOR®. Her organization, communication, and patience benefit her clients on a daily basis. She is keenly aware of whether people understand her message and works to explain concepts with clarity and simplicity. She is always improving her knowledge and stays involved on the Bloomington MLS Board.

When not working, Kerri enjoys simply relaxing and spending time with her family and friends and also shopping in downtown Bloomington stores. Kerri and her husband love to take family vacations when all five of their children and their significant others can join
